Ryan Middaugh

My name is Ryan Middaugh, I am the owner and operator of East Texas Elite Kennel. I have been training as a professional for 14 years. I trained part-time for years while being employed in corporate America. I left my corporate job in 2016 and started East Texas Elite Kennels as a full-time way of life. Nothing brings me more joy than the progress a dog makes in our program. Teaching dogs and teaching interns is what I live for. I enjoy a good game of golf and anything with a good challenge. However, nothing tops seeing your breath right before watching the landing gear of a group of spoonies about to hit the water.

Logan Middaugh

My name is Logan Middaugh. I am 11 years old and love labs. My favorite thing to do is train dogs with my dad. I also love hunting when we are not out training dogs. I want you to know that I appreciate you trusting us with your dog and that you will be pleased with the outcome.

Anna Richardson

My name is Anna Richardson. I am a 23-year-old from Columbus, Georgia. I graduated from Columbus State University where I majored in business marketing and played softball for the University. I have always been the girl that has to drop what they are doing to love on the nearest dog. I have a passion for the outdoors, especially waterfowl hunting, and I believe that a good dog is what makes the entire experience so incredible. I love watching these dogs flourish into mature and well-behaved animals. We hope you will put your trust in us to train your best friend.

Kam Conway

My name is Kam Conway, I am a full-time firefighter/EMT at the Gilmer Fire Department. Training dogs became a passion of mine while being a client with a lab in the gun dog program at East Texas Elite Kennels. I have a true passion for gun dogs and love to see a dog come in fresh and leave with newly discovered knowledge and drive. That in turn puts a smile on my face which makes the job more rewarding than I ever imagined. We would love to earn the chance to turn your dog into a well-behaved companion for hunting or at home.

Blayde Weekley

My name is Blayde Weekly, I am a 3rd-year college student at Letourneau University in Longview. Majoring in business management and playing golf for the university. I enjoy working at the kennel because I like to see dogs with a purpose, whether that be a well-behaved companion or a valued member of your hunting group. Golden retrievers are my favorite breed and my personal dog, Enzo, is currently training in the gundog program. Carson Fleet

My name is Carson Fleet, I am 20 years old. I am headed off to college now for wildlife biology. Born and raised in Longview, Texas. For those who are not familiar with me, I am deaf.
